The hotel features a lovely modern air conditioning system and a convenient public parking just outside.

Booked a room with double bed. Extras like central heating, multi-channel TV, and an electronic key card were appreciated. The staff were consistently courteous and pleasant and the location was unbeatable in the heart of the town.

The units are high-class, large with clean beds, large windows, as example.

Positive, The location was super convenient, and the staff were really pleasant. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of options. I loved the minibar and coffee making facility in my Superior Room, and the air conditioning worked perfectly 😊

The room was really confortable! The hotel emplloyees were realy sympatheyic even don't speaking english qt most times...even though they were always tring to comunicate; close to the train station

Big double room, location, heating in the room (but not in the bathroom).

Cold bathroom (lack of radiator, or floor heating). People in the reception - nice, but "old style": problems with English, preparing a invoice takes 10 min.

I was really impressed by the newly renovated Superior Room with ample space and fine decor that felt both chic and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really good, with made-to-order options like omelets and fresh ingredients that kick-started my day. Plus, the elegant lobby design made such a positive first impression that I found myself excited to come back after exploring the city!

Its location and staff

No air conditioning in this century is tragic. Very hot for the two days we spent in Tarnow. Could not get a good nights sleep. Elevator broken with no notification and walking up 4 flights of stairs not good.We should have been warned, Hotel is in need of major improvements, Exterior looks horendous with broken facade, stairs, no automatic doors when entering with luggage, interior also needs revamping.

the close proximity of the hotel to the train station and city centre, the tradition polish food served in the restaurant.

i realise its necessary but the renovations happening at the hotel at the time of my stay were sometimes a bit of a nuissance, drilling at 8am just next to my room was a not so appreciated wake up call. A little heads up before mt stay and check in about the works would of been welcomed.

Wi-Fi was strong and fast, but the bathroom was awkwardly designed.

Five minutes gentle walk from the train station and bus depot.From the outside the hotel is not much to look at but inside it was modern,bright and welcoming. My room was perfect,modern fixtures and fittings,comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a big shower cubicle.The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value for money.The staff were friendly and helpful.
